Typical Week Schedule

All times Central Time - all classes 60 minutes

The schedule stays as consistent as possible, but some weeks there are changes due to holidays or scheduling conflicts. To get weekly updates, email me and I will put you on the list. Sample schedule:

Friday mornings, 9 am

Saturdays 12 noon

Sundays 12 noon

Mondays 7 am

Tuesdays 7 pm

Wednesdays: 2 classes 8:15 am AND 5 pm

No classes Thursdays

Class attendance requires a Zoom code. Get on my email list and you will have the Zoom code!

How often should you take class? This depends on your other activities and your goals. If you already have a consistent fitness routine, substituting two aerobic workouts a week with two LUAU classes will reduce your injuries and help you feel more comfortable in your body, while not reducing your endurance aerobically at all. If you want to make faster progress on your flexibility, if you are rehabbing an injury, or if you don’t have enough of a workout schedule already, come to three or more classes a week and you will LOVE the difference it makes in your body.
